Under Bill HB387 passed by the NH House, incorporating a balloon release into any celebration could prove costly.FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Planners of graduation parties or other celebratory events, take note: Bill HB387 passed by the New Hampshire House took effect January of this year and makes the act of releasing 20 or more balloons a violation offense subject to fines. NEW Lifeguard hours for 2026: Our Championship Lifeguards will be on duty for limited hours starting May 1st. Please note that hours do change to extended hours starting on Memorial Day for the summer season. Please see the schedule below. Hours are subject to change.May 1st - Memorial Day Weekend: hours are 10:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. May 25 through Labor Day (Sept 7): hours are 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. From September 7-30th: hours are 10:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. There will be no lifeguard coverage from October - April.
