DESCRIPTION:Be part of the tradition! Every year\, the Hampton Beach Village District puts on a Talent Show. The performances have consistently been outstanding for a regional talent show. Come cheer on your neighbor or friend\, parent or child and enjoy these vocalists as they sing their hearts out on the Seashell Stage!\nThe evening of the performance a panel of judges will select winners based on:\n\n\n	Vocal ability\n	Stage presence\n	Entertainment value\n\n\nPRIZES*\n\n1st Place: $1\,000\n\n2nd Place: $ 500\n\n3rd Place: $ 300\n\n*In both categories:\n\nJunior\, under 18\n\nSenior\, 18 and up\n\nThe Hampton Beach Village District Talent Competition awards one of the highest paid prizes in the region for a talent show.\n\nPlease note this competition is open to VOCALISTS ONLY. This competition is not affiliated with any other competition\, local\, national or otherwise and is solely offered for entertainment of visitors of Hampton Beach. Contact our Entertainment Director\, Amanda Morneault\, for additional information.\n\n  \n\nAre you interested in auditioning for the Hampton Beach Village District Talent Show?\n\nThere are two ways to audition:\n\n1. Live Open Auditions\n\nJoin us on Sunday\, August 2\, 2026\, beginning at 11:00 AM.\n\nThe final sign-up will be at 2:00 PM\, so please plan accordingly.\n\nA DJ will be provided to play the backing track of your choice\, and a screen will be available with lyrics for the open audition only.\n\nThe audition is for solo vocal performances only.\n\n2. Video Submission\n\nIf you are unable to attend in person\, you may submit your audition via email. Please include:\n\n\n	Name\n	Age\n	Phone number\n	Shirt size\n	Video recording of your performance\n\n\nSend submissions to amanda@theharboragency.com. Emails will be reviewed on August 3\, 2026.\n\nAll contestants selected to move forward will be notified by the end of the audition week.\n\nWe look forward to seeing your talent!
